This Privacy policy explains how SIA “Logu Apkope” processes your personal data when you use our services. The policy applies to all types of personal data processing that SIA Logu Apkope collects from web pages, e-mail correspondence, forms, contracts and other data sources.
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the “Law of the Republic of Latvia on the Processing of Personal Data of Natural Persons” and other regulations.

As a general rule, SIA Logu Apkope may keep your personal data for 10 years after the end of the business relationship, unless a different period is set by regulations. Once the retention period expires, the data is securely destroyed.
As part of marketing activities, SIA Logu Apkope may use profiling — recording, analysing and predicting customer actions to create personalised offers.

SIA “Logu Apkope”, registration number LV42103113356 (hereinafter — Logu Apkope), offers various services on its website www.LoguApkope.lv in accordance with these rules (hereinafter — Terms of use). These Terms of use set out the rules and restrictions for using the website and the information available on it and are binding on all website Users.
It is the duty of every website User to read the Terms of use; using the website is considered agreement to comply with these rules. Logu Apkope is not obliged to notify the User of changes to the rules. By accessing or using the page, you confirm that you have read these Rules, understand them and agree to comply with them without limitations or conditions.
You can register and create a User account on the Logu Apkope website. By registering, you agree to these Terms of use. During registration you must provide an e-mail address available to you and a password. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate another person or organisation, or otherwise mislead about the origin of content.
You are responsible for all actions taken using your account and password. Logu Apkope is not liable for losses arising from failure to comply with these rules. In the event of a breach of the rules, Logu Apkope may terminate access or delete the User’s account.
On the Logu Apkope website all prices are shown in euros, including value added tax. The cost of the goods delivery service is not included in the stated product price. Prices may change at the discretion of Logu Apkope.
Logu Apkope provides delivery of goods within Latvia in accordance with a cooperation agreement concluded with a delivery service provider. The goods should reach the recipient within 2–5 working days of dispatch, depending on the delivery address. If delivery is delayed, send an e-mail to info@loguapkope.lv, stating the order number.
Logu Apkope treats the private information that customers entrust when placing orders or registering with great responsibility. The required information includes: first name, surname or legal entity name; the customer’s and delivery address; phone number; e-mail address.
Your private information will be used to:
Logu Apkope guarantees that it will not disclose your private information to a third party, except where required by a court decision or where a situation arises that requires preventing fraudulent or criminal intent.
1.1. These rules define the procedure for paying for SIA “Logu Apkope” services on the website www.loguapkope.lv and refunding payments to the service recipient (hereinafter — the Client).
1.2. By using the website and/or paying for services, the Client agrees to comply with these rules.
2.1. The Client is fully responsible for providing accurate information when paying for a service. If incorrect or false information is provided, the service may be refused. SIA “Logu Apkope” is not liable for the inaccuracy of the Client’s payment card data.
2.2. The Client agrees that all personal data information will be processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Natural Persons and used only to provide the service.
2.3. The Client’s payment card data will be used only to pay for services in accordance with international banking rules. SIA “Logu Apkope” has no access to card data for transactions made by Clients.
3.1. To receive a service, the Client makes payment on the website by selecting the relevant service and entering the required data.
3.2. To complete the transaction, Clients are redirected to a secure payment environment. The payment time is limited — payment must be made within 10 minutes of starting.
3.3. Payment for the service is made with VISA, VISA Electron and MasterCard payment cards or via the SWEDBANK banklink system.
3.4. No commission is charged when paying for services on the website.
3.5. After successful payment, the Client receives a confirmation at the specified e-mail.
3.6. The Client can receive the paid-for service at the time stated in the e-mail, by coming in person to a branch or by using delivery to the specified address.
4.1. Services from 3.00 EUR can be paid for on the website. Services costing up to 3.00 EUR can only be paid for at Logu Apkope branches when receiving the order.
5.1. A Buyer who is a natural person has the right, without giving reasons, to withdraw within 14 days from a contract concluded for the purchase of goods in the online shop www.loguapkope.lv.
5.2. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the Goods are received. If several Goods are ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period is counted from the day the last item is received.
5.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller by completing the application in the “PURCHASE RETURN” profile or sending a written notice to the e-mail info@loguapkope.lv. The Seller immediately sends confirmation of receipt of the notice.
5.5. If the Buyer has withdrawn from the Contract, the Seller refunds all money paid, including delivery costs, no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal.
5.6. The refund is made using the same payment method the client used, within 14 days of receiving the application. No charge is levied on the Buyer in connection with the refund.
5.7. The Seller may withhold the refund until it receives the Goods or the Buyer provides proof of sending them back.
5.8. The Buyer returns the Goods no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal. The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Buyer.
5.9. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Goods if, during the withdrawal, they were used for purposes other than establishing their nature and properties.
6.1. Logu Apkope sends all notices to the e-mail address specified by the Client.

Please submit complaints about the availability or quality of goods electronically to info@loguapkope.lv or in writing: Latgales iela 130A, Riga, LV-1003. The complaint will be reviewed within 7 working days and a reply sent to the address stated in the complaint.
If the complaint is found unjustified and you disagree, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution options by submitting a written application with: your name, surname and contact details; the date of submission; the substance of the dispute, your claims and justification.

Regulation No. 207 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on the Distance Contract” establishes that a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days. Logu Apkope reserves the right to refuse the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods have been used, worn or damaged, are not in the original packaging, or the packaging is substantially damaged.
If the order was not received or was refused and is returned, at your request we will refund the money, excluding delivery costs and a 10% order-processing fee (but no less than 10.00 EUR).
The right of withdrawal cannot be used if:
We remind you that, within 24 months of the delivery of the goods, consumers have a statutory right to bring a claim about goods that do not conform to the contract.

SIA “Logu Apkope” uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website works, remember your choices and — only with your consent — analyse how the site is used and measure advertising effectiveness.
